Edward D Weberman, Esq., Managing Member, received his BBA from The University of Michigan School of Business Administration (1976) and his J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School (1978). He received his CPA designation (Michigan) in 1980 and was admitted to State Bar of Michigan in 1979. He has also been admitted to practice in Federal Court, Eastern District of Michigan, (1980) and the United State Tax Court (1980).
Prior to founding the firm, he was a Tax Supervisor at Touche Ross & Co. (currently known as Deloitte) and the CFO and General Counsel of a national shopping center developer and manager.
